The Wellness Lounge, situated in Wilcox House, Cardiff, CF11 0BA, is a state-of-the-art wellness and recovery spa.
We have four lounges offering a variety of services.
Our Massage Lounge offers sports, relaxing and therapeutic massages.
The Recovery Lounge is our amazing spa, with a Cold Plunge, Full spectrum Infrared or Traditional Coal Sauna, Red light therapy panels, and Normatec Pressotherapy.
Our Therapy Lounge is a place for Oxygen therapy, with our Altitude therapy, exercise with oxygen therapy and seated oxygen therapy services.
We have recently moved from Global Link to Wilcox House and expanded our offering so keep up to date with all news and pictures!
