Our most comprehensive assessment of your body followed by a massage treatment, this session aims to understand your body as a whole. From posture to muscle tone, flexibility to potential areas of tension, we take a deep dive to uncover any underlying issues or areas that may benefit from targeted treatment. This information serves as a roadmap, guiding your subsequent treatments for optimal well-being. Specific Area Assessment (1h, £75):
Focused on a particular area of concern, this assessment is for those who have identified a specific issue or pain point. Be it the neck, back, legs, or any other body part, our therapists will deeply evaluate the area, determining the best course of action to address and alleviate any discomfort or imbalances present.

Full Wellness Assessment (1.5 hours, £150):
More than just a physical evaluation, the Full Wellness Assessment delves into both the physical and emotional facets of your well-being. By discussing your lifestyle, stress levels, habits, and more, we paint a comprehensive picture of your overall health. This allows us to recommend treatments or therapies that cater not just to your body, but to your mind and spirit as well.
